The Living Room

In this room I wanted to have a retro feel,
and thankfully Jezzy inherited this fantastic cabinet
and table set from the 1940s.

We house some of our different collections here,
from the ceramic Madonnas in the glass case,
to African art, maps of the Philippines,
and my blue record player and the Victrola.

This is also where all Buffy and/or Star Trek
marathons take place, and all the wrasslin'
over the video game system happens.

Both the sofa and the arm chair are
Salvation Army treasures.
There is normally at least one dog
on the sofa. Usually watching
"Dirty Dancing" for some reason.
